Delivery Info

The delivery option only commences once the order has been verified and settled.

An order will only be settled once payment has been received and "Verified".

Deliveries are door to door and must be to a physical address within the borders of South Africa. We do not deliver to any P.O. Box or through any postal services. Please ensure all delivery details including the postal code are accurate, as you will be liable for all additional handling and shipping charges as a result of such errors.

Deliveries are done between 8 am and 5 pm on weekdays and not on Weekends or public holidays.

All deliveries are done by our logistics partners, which includes, but is not limited to Courier IT, Fedex or RTT.

ID will be requested upon delivery.

A delay of up to 24 hours may be experienced on shipments to or from any outlying areas. Should you live in an outlying area it may be more suitable to choose overnight or an economy delivery service.

Economy: This service is available throughout South Africa to Major Centres and will take place within 3 to 5 working days, (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

A delay of up to 24 hours may be experienced on shipments to or from any outlying areas.

Free Delivery: This service is available on orders over R450.  Any order less than R450 will attract a delivery fee.  This service is available throughout South Africa to Major Centres and will take place within 5 to 10 working days, (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

A delay of up to 24 hours may be experienced on shipments to or from any outlying delivery areas.
