Why is my credit card payment not going through?

Check that the card number, card name and expiry date is entered exactly as it is on the front of your card.
Check that your 3 digit CVV/CVC number on the back of the card is also entered correctly.

What is your return policy?
You can exchange or return almost anything within 14 days of your purchase, just make sure that it's in original condition and remember to include the original packaging. If you'd like your money back, we can arrange that too - just read our Returns Policy. Copyright laws say that we can't accept returns of licensed software or games, unless they're defective of course. In certain cases, a handling fee may be charged to get your product back to us.

How does the click and collect function work?
Use click and collect to reserve your product at a store close to you and save on delivery costs (if they even apply). You will get confirmation that your order is ready for collection at your selected store and then come by and pick it up.
How will I know when an item is back in stock?
You need to select a tick box on the right of an out of stock product called “Alert me when available”

If you've received a defective product, we want to get you a brand-new, fully functional version as soon as possible. No handling fees will be charged to you, and we'll update you with the progress of the new delivery.

Consumer Protection Act

We're looking out for you. All of our policies aim to reinforce your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

We only stock top quality products in good working order, free of any defects, being capable of being used for a reasonable period of time and suitable for their intended purpose.

The CPA says that all products should carry a 6 month warranty, but most of our products come with far more than that. Have a look at the papers that come with your product to find out exactly what you're receiving from the manufacturer. Read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Warranty

Warranty Returns Period

The following warranty return periods apply to products:

1.1 Within 10 business days from date of purchase:

Most goods may be returned within 10 business days from the date of purchase as indicated on your proof of purchase. Should the goods not fit the purpose as indicated by the salesperson, we will replace or refund the price paid for the goods, provided that the goods are still sealed and within their original packaging and have not been used. If the goods are no longer sealed or in the original packaging, a reasonable amount may be charged for the use of the goods or for restoration costs to render the goods fit for re-stocking. We regret that due to copyright law, licensed software disks and games cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturer's defect on the goods. Goods which are sold as demo units will be replaced with demo units if defective, repaired or refunded at the price paid for the demo unit.

1.2 CPA Warranty Period

Within the first 6 months from date of purchase:If goods are defective within the first 6 months from the date of purchase as indicated on your proof of purchase, you may return the goods to your nearest Incredible Connection outlet for a repair, replacement or a refund at the price paid for the goods at the point of purchase. Kindly indicate immediately when returning the unit to the outlet, which option (refund/replacement/repair) you would prefer, in order for the store to submit the correct claim to the manufacturer. Please note that Incredible Connection will have to return the goods to the manufacturer, supplier or service provider first, in order to confirm a hardware or manufacturer's fault and to eliminate any customer induced damage or other warranty exclusions, before processing a refund.

1.3 Warranty Period

After the first 6 months from date of purchase but within the manufacturer's warranty: If goods are defective after the first 6 months from the date of purchase as indicated on your proof of purchase but still within the manufacturer's warranty as indicated on your warranty documentation, you may return the goods to your nearest Incredible Connection outlet for a repair. We will return the unit on your behalf to the manufacturer, supplier or service provider to provide a warranty repair.

1.4 Within the Incredible Connection Extended Warranty Period

If you have bought an extended warranty for your goods from Incredible Connection, and your goods are defective within the extended warranty period, you may return the goods to your nearest Incredible Connection outlet for a repair. We will return the unit on your behalf to the manufacturer, supplier or service provider to provide a repair at no cost to yourself.
