Since certain restrictions have been eased, we’re excited that our stores are open and our tech experts are waiting to provide you with all your essential tech advice and products.
However due to other COVID 19 restrictions not all products are allowed to be sold in-store. Don’t panic, the great news is that we’re now able to sell our complete range of products online, 24 hours a day. This allows you to shop from the comfort of your home or from an assisted kiosk in-store.
You’ve heard right! We have set up new in-store kiosks which allow you to shop online in any of our stores. Our friendly staff are on hand to guide and assist you through the process and help get your purchase delivered free to your home.
Shopping online may seem daunting and scary especially if you have never made a purchase before. If you’re doing it from home, allow us to give you some insight into the wonderful world of online shopping.
All products can only be bought online using the following methods:
(For your convenience we have a store stock and availability option on the page of the product you wish to purchase. Click on the drop down and type in the store name or scroll through the store list. Next to the store name are three options. If there is a green tick above the store icon, in-store stock is available. )

Below is a step by step guide on how to shop online
STEP 1. ENDLESS OPTIONS!
Browse our friendly website from your mobile, computer or our in-store kiosk.
On our homepage click on any of the images or banners that appeal to you.
Simply type the product you’re searching for in the search bar and all our options for that product will appear on the page.
STEP 2: HAPPY SHOPPING!
When you have found the product, you would like to purchase, click the Add to Cart button.
You will then see a pop-up screen asking if you would like to Continue Shopping or Securely Checkout.
You can continue to browse our site and add multiple products to your cart.
At any point you can “Go to cart” on the top left of the page and view/remove items from your cart as you chose.
STEP 3: PAY & SAVE AWAY!
Once you’re happy with your purchases, you’re ready to proceed to secure checkout.
Here you may choose the Click and Collect option mentioned above or door to door delivery.
After filling in all the required fields to make your purchase i. e. Contact and Delivery information, you will be taken to our secure online payments page.
Our website is 3D secure which means that your card information is protected against unauthorised use when shopping online. MasterCard brands their system as 'MasterCard SecureCode' and Visa calls theirs 'Visa Secure'.
This service enables you to validate transactions you make over the internet by requesting a personal code (usually sent to your cell phone or email address as a one time PIN). It helps protect against fraudulent use by unauthorised individuals.
Your personal information is fully protected on our site and is not shared with any third parties.
If you don’t have a Credit Card, there’s no need to stress! We accept the following payment methods:
- Instant EFT/ EFT Pro
You will be redirected to the PayU™ website to enter your payment details when you complete the order. The payment will be made directly from your bank account to ours.
- Cash Deposits (Made at the bank or ATM)
This is a direct cash payment that can be made at an ATM or branch. You will need to note down our banking details when choosing this option. Please remember to include your order number as the reference when making payment.
- Pay in-store on collection
Choosing this option will allow you to pay for purchase upon collection in store. This is only available for Click & Collect
- PayFlex (Pay over 6 weeks. Interest-free)
This option allows you to spread your purchase across 4 equal fortnightly payments. You will need to have an account with PayFlex or you may apply with them on checkout. Standard credit application process applies.
Rewards points earned by registered FNB clients who can use them for purchases
- Discovery Miles
Reward points earned by registered Discovery Members who can use them for purchases
- uCount Rewards
Reward points earned by registered Standard Bank clients who can use them for purchases
- Mobicred (Buy on credit over 12 months)
MobiCred is a simple & convenient credit facility that allows you to safely shop online with up to 12 months to pay. You will need to have an account with them or apply for one on checkout. Standard credit application process applies.
STEP 4: GET READY FOR DELIVERY!
Once your payment is complete, your confirmation Order Number will be sent to you and you can expect our delivery team at your door within 3 - 5 working days.

YOUR SAFETY IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO US SO WE ADVISE YOU TO TAKE THESE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS UPON RECEIVING DELIVERY OF YOUR PURCHASE
- Before interacting with the courier service, please make sure to wash your hands with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
- Always wear a mask when receiving your product and maintain a safe distance from the courier
- Select a stable and clean surface where you can unbox your product. We advise you to wipe all product and packaging surfaces with sanitising wipes for extra safety
- Disinfect your hands with an alcohol-based sanitizer before and after handling any packaging and refrain from touching your face or any other surfaces
If you have chosen to Click & Collect in-store, we have adequately equipped ourselves to ensure that our environment is safe and hygienic for your visit. The use of a mask is mandatory or you may use a shirt or scarf to cover your nose and mouth.
