How do I checkout online?

Say goodbye to struggling with finding your wallet and all the other hassles of traditional credit cards. Mobicred has got it sorted. If you’re new to Mobicred, you’ll need to apply for an account first.

Here’s how to checkout online:

1. Shop in-store or online as per usual, and add to cart.

2. During the checkout process, choose Mobicred as your payment option.

3. Sign in with your Mobicred username and password. This will trigger an OTP to your registered mobile device.

4. Enter the OTP to complete the payment.

5. You’ll get your order, and pay your Mobicred installments when due.

How do I pay in-store?

To pay in-store, you’ll first need to download the Mobicred App available on Google Play or App Store.

If you don’t have a Mobicred account, you can apply on the App. If you are already a Mobicred account holder, follow the steps below:

⦁    Open the Mobicred app, sign in and tap “Purchase”

⦁    Enter the total amount you need to pay. Make sure you enter the exact Rand and cent amount and click the Purchase button.

⦁    Confirm the purchase via One-Time-Pin.

⦁    This will generate a wiCode. Provide this wiCode to the cashier to make payment.

⦁    Walk out with your items and pay your Mobicred installments when due.

How long do I have to pay?

With a Mobicred account, you’re not required to pay off your balance within a set time frame.

⦁    As long as you’re making your minimum required payments, it’s up to you to decide how long you need to settle your balance. They also don’t charge any penalty fees for settling your balance early via additional EFT payments (good for you!).
