Our insurance also covers losses not covered by your manufacturer’s warranty or extended warranty. We will repair or replace your device with the same or similar product if your device (as shown on your tax invoice), is lost, stolen, or damaged.

A: Abacus insurance will repair your device if it’s financially feasible. If not, we’ll replace it.

A: Yes, it will be replaced with the same or a similar product.

Q: How quickly will the claim be processed?
A: Claims submitted with all supporting documents will be processed by Abacus within 5 days of receiving them. This excludes the actual repair time. Many repairs can be done in-store. For those that can’t, we’ll send them to our Incredible Repair Centre.

Q: Is there a lot of paperwork to claim?
A: The claims process is simple and easy with a single form to complete. You can also call our call centre for assistance..

Q: How many times can I claim?
A: Once for total loss,and three times for repairs.

A: We know your electronic equipment is an indispensable item. Claims submitted with all claim documentation will be processed by Abacus within 5 days from the upon which all claim documentation is received. In the case of repairs, this turnaround time excludes the actual repair by the appointed agent.
