We’ll also install or update additional software (e.g. anti-virus or Office suite) or hardware (RAM) that you’ve purchased from us.

For cellphones and tablets, we’ll ensure your SIM card is registered and ready to make calls. We’ll also set up any email accounts you want linked to your phone, as well as update the software and apps already on the phone.

For gaming consoles, we’ll set up user accounts,personalise your settings, install additional features and up to two purchased games.

•  Switch phone on and assist with initial setup of the unit.

•  Ensure that the SIM card is registered and that the unit can receive calls.

•  Set up any email accounts on the phone you want to have linked to the device.

•  Install essential Apps (WhatsApp; Facebook; Twitter; EskomSePush).

•  Register your iPhone or iPad for a FREE 2-year warranty.
