• Unpack the box, ensure that all parts are in the box.
• Insert SIM card (and Micro SD storage card if necessary) into the phone.
• Switch the phone on and assist with initial setup of the unit.
• Ensure that the SIM card is registered and that the unit can receive calls.
• Set up any email accounts on the phone you want to have linked to the device.
• Update the software and Apps already on the phone, including Google Maps App.
• Install essential Apps (WhatsApp; Facebook; Twitter; EskomSePush).
• This will allow you to walk out of our store with your phone working, with your social media connected and maps ready for your journey.

Laptops Standard

• Unpack the box, ensure that all accessories and parts are included.
• Plug in the device and switch it on to boot into Windows.
• Assist with the setup of device (username & passwords). If you do not have a Microsoft account, we will assist in linking a current account or creating a new account for you.
• Run updates on the machine to ensure the device is up to date.
• Install essential Apps (WhatsApp Desktop; Internet Browser; VLC Media Player; CCleaner Free).
• Personalise the Windows Desktop, choosing background picture, colours, etc.
• Set up email Accounts on the Windows Mail App or Outlook.
• Install any software that you have purchased from Incredible, download the latest updates and   activate the software (Anti-virus software, Office Software).
• Install hardware upgrades (RAM installations).
• Set up StorVault.

Laptops Advanced

• Unpack the box, ensure that all accessories and parts are included.
• Plug in the device and switch it on to boot into Windows.
• Assist with the setup of device (username & passwords) if you do not have a Microsoft account, we will assist in linking a current account or creating a new account for you.
• Set up PIN or picture password.
• Run updates on the machine to ensure the device is up to date.
• Install essential Apps (WhatsApp Desktop, Internet Browser, VLC Media Player, CCleaner Free).
• Personalise the Windows Desktop, choosing background picture, colours, etc.
• Set up email accounts on the Windows Mail App or Outlook.

• 30-minute one-on-one tutorial with the technician on Basics of Using Windows.

• Update your computer with the latest OS release.
• Set up your apple account.
• Install essential Apps.
• Create the recover Media.
• Setup your email accounts.
• Personalise your desktop.
• One-on-one 30-minute tutorial session.
• Ensure that you have registered for your 2-Year Apple warranty online (Watches, iPhone and iPads).
• Ensure that you have registered for your 3-Year warranty online (Apple Macs).

PlayStation & Xbox Standard

• Download latest updates.
• Set up user accounts.
• Personalise your settings.
• Help download crucial apps.
