What is Click and Collect?

Click & Collect lets you buy online, and collect in store. This means you can get your goods quicker, without any delivery charge!

How does Click & Collect work?

Here's how it works:

  • During checkout, choose Click & Collect and select your store.
  • Once you’ve confirmed your order, we’ll send you a "Ready For Collection" email. (This is a separate email from your order confirmation.)
  • Bring your ID and order number to the store and pick up your items.
  • Look for the “Click & Collect” point in store, or ask one of our friendly staff.
  • You smile broadly as you walk out with your brand new items.

Which stores offer Click & Collect?

All stores offer Click & Collect provided the store has stock available.

How much does Click & Collect cost?

It's totally free! Simply select 'Click & Collect' from the delivery options at the basket.

How do I know when my parcel is ready to collect?

We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is ready to collect. This contains instructions and your order number, which you will need to pick up your parcel.

How do I collect my parcel?

Take your confirmation email or order number as well as any form of identification  to your selected store and a member of staff at the till will retrieve your parcel.

Do I need ID to collect my parcel?

Any proof of identification can be supplied , also simply bring your order number or confirmation email.

Can I change the store I'm collecting from after I've purchased something?

No, unfortunately no changes can be made to the delivery method once the order has been placed.

Can I change the delivery method to Home Delivery after I've purchased something?

No, unfortunately no changes can be made to the delivery method once the order has been placed.
