What type of devices can I offer Trade-in on?

  • Mobile Phones
  • Tablets/ iPads
  • Smartwatches
  • Apple computers - MacBook's / iMacs / Mac Minis
  • Apple Displays
  • Apple TV

Are Trade-in's only offered on like for like Trade-in's (ie: Trade in a phone for a new phone or a Mac for a new Mac)

  • No, you can Trade in any device and use the money towards a purchase of anything else in an IC store at your discretion

Can I ONLY Trade-in devices that are in working order and good condition?

  • No, value is offered for all devices, but the value will vary depending on the age and condition of the device

Do I need to bring back accessories and box in order to Trade-in a device?

  • No, just the device is needed however you are welcome to return accessories and box with the device

Is there a minimum number of devices that can be brought-back at once?

  • No, we offer value for 1 device or multiple devices traded in

Is there a maximum number of devices that can be brought-back at once?

  • No, the more devices, the higher the overall value.

Can the value offered be redeemed in cash?

  • No, this will be a credit given to the customer on an Incredible Gift Card which can be used in-store

Can I Trade-in a blacklisted device?

  • No – the system does an IMEI check and will reject the Trade-in

Can iCloud / Google locked devices be traded-in?

  • Yes. However, these devices hold almost zero value. These devices can be traded in and will be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. If the customer can remove the lock, then the true value of the device will be displayed

What will happen to my personal and photos etc.?

  • The responsibility lies with the customer to erase their data. Store staff must assist and ensure that the device is factory reset when trading them in.
  • All devices are factory reset again once they reach the warehouse after collection – provided the device is not locked.
